This is part 2 of our 3 part series that aims to unpack Negative Self Talk. In this episode I break down exactly what is considered negative self talk, what it sounds like, and where it comes from. I am a big believer of unpacking where our self talk stems from so that we can heal those wounds or programs before we move on to reprograming your mind. When you understand what exactly negative self talk is, you become more aware to catching yourself in the moment and are able to address it. And when you understand where it came from you can stop identifying with it and work towards healing it, if need be. Next episode we will be discussing techniques for changing it!
